My Journey with Louise Hay:
A Path to Healing, Self-Discovery
& Endless Transformation
I was first introduced to Louise Hay in my early 20’s when her book You Can Heal Your Life found me automagically at a very tough period of my life - physically and emotionally. As I started paging through the book, I came across the end section called “The List” - Problem - Probable Cause - New Thought Pattern.
This moment was truly life-changing for me. I started to look up my physical “dis-eases” (a term from Louise that has since become a staple in my vocabulary) and was stunned by the accuracy of her insights. Each symptom led me to uncover the mental and emotional roots of my struggles, ultimately guiding me toward healing.
This discovery sparked an ever-evolving journey of self-healing, self-help, self-love, self-approval, and self-acceptance—one that I continue to embrace and share with others.
My role as life transformer has gifted me endless opportunities to be of service to humanity. I continue to share the love, wisdom and my own experiences of change, transformation and healing forward.
